Exchange Policy:

  • You can exchange products within 07 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
  • How to Initiate an Exchange: Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order details and reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the product.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 07 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition and include the original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected within 7 business days. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit as per your preference.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
