We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM, within selected serviceable locations. For other areas, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on product availability and location.
Delivery Charges:
Standard Delivery: A flat fee applies based on the delivery location. Free standard delivery is offered for orders exceeding a certain amount.
Express Delivery: An additional charge applies for express delivery. Fees will be calculated and shown during checkout.
Delivery Process:
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status via our courier partner’s website.
For cash on delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready as our delivery agents may not carry change.
Shipping Areas:
We deliver to all major cities and most remote areas. For locations that are hard to reach, delivery times might be slightly extended.
Missed Deliveries:
If you miss a delivery attempt, our courier partner will make another attempt within the next 48 hours. If the delivery fails again, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and our customer service team will contact you for further assistance.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
